Wellness & Recovery

Connection to land is medicine

Our Approach

Our land-based wellness program uses plant propagation, food growing, guided plant walks, and seasonal cultural practices as a framework for healing. Working with soil, learning about plants, and connecting with the land has profound healing power. This is how Indigenous peoples have always healed.

This is not clinical treatment. It is culturally-grounded, nature-based programming that honors Indigenous ways of knowing and being. We partner with clinical providers like Indian Health Service and tribal health programs to ensure comprehensive support—the land complements clinical care, not replaces it. You may be working with a counselor, a doctor, or a recovery sponsor while you're here with us. We all work together.

Healing is possible. Connection to land is medicine. You deserve both.

A Space Built on Lived Experience

The founder of Indigenously-Rooted found healing through native plants and cultural reconnection during his own recovery journey. That lived experience is the foundation of this program. We understand what recovery looks like. We understand cultural disconnection. We understand the power of a plant in your hand and the earth beneath your feet.

The space is sober, safe, and intergenerational. Whether you're in your first week or your fifth year of recovery, whether you're 18 or 80, whether you're just beginning to explore your culture or you're a keeper of knowledge—you belong here.

Our Partnerships

We don't work alone. We collaborate with trusted organizations and providers to ensure you get comprehensive, integrated support:
