Learning rooted in the land

Education Through Connection

Our educational programs teach native plant identification, traditional ecological knowledge, food growing skills, and the cultural relationships between Indigenous peoples and the plants of this region. We believe learning happens best when rooted in the land, guided by elders, and grounded in the practices of the people who have lived here for thousands of years.

Our programs primarily serve the Indigenous community—especially those carrying ancestral knowledge and those seeking to reconnect with it. We are also open to the broader public, welcoming anyone who comes with respect and a genuine desire to learn.
